Layered dryer

Layered dryer

Layered dryer

The temperature is 20-60 degrees, using a refrigerant compressor to remove internal moisture, reduce humidity and control the temperature. The low-temperature dryer is a device specially used to dry heat-sensitive materials.

Stratified dryer

The layered dryer is a drying equipment with a multi-layer structure, and the temperatures can be set separately for each layer. It is usually used to process lens coating, food and other materials that need to gradually remove moisture. The design of this type of dryer allows drying to occur on different levels, usually using hot air or other heating methods.

Working principle

Material layering

1. The materials are placed in layers on each shelf of the dryer, so that each layer of materials can evenly contact the hot air.

Hot air circulation

2. Hot air enters from the bottom or side of the dryer and dries through the materials in each layer. As the air rises layer by layer, moisture is gradually taken away by evaporation.

Temperature control

3. The dryer is usually equipped with a temperature control system to adjust the temperature according to the characteristics of the material and drying needs to ensure that the material will not be damaged due to excessive temperature.

Advantage

Efficiency: Due to the multi-layer structure, a large amount of materials can be processed at the same time, improving production efficiency.
Energy saving: Thermal energy can be recycled between each layer to reduce energy consumption.
Uniform drying: Through layered design, each layer of materials can get a uniform drying effect.

Application areas

Coating processing: used for customized lens coating.
Food processing: suitable for drying fruits, vegetables, grains and other foods.
Drying of Chinese medicinal materials: It is also commonly used for drying Chinese medicinal materials.
